OSCE Approach to South Caucasian States Differs

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The OSCE's approach to the South Caucasian states differs and we try not to compare the level of freedom of press in Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan," OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Miklos Haraszti said in response to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question.
