Armenia, Russia ink cultural cooperation plan for 2015

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Russian Ministers of Culture Vladimir Medinsky and Hasmik Poghosyan inked a cooperation plan for the year 2015.

“Russia and Armenia established successful ties in number of sectors including that of culture and I hope to see them intensify further next year,” the Russian official said on the sidelines of a cultural forum in St. Petersburg.

The cooperation plan envisages a number of events including Days of Armenian Cinema in Moscow, with Russian State Theater of Nations and Vakhtangov Theater planning a tour in Yerevan. Also, Russian Electronic Museum, will open in Matenadaran, the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, in spring 2015.
