The device will measure in at 8.6mm thick, and feature a 12.9-inch 3840 x 2400 display, an 8-megapixel camera and a Qualcomm processor, Digital Spy said citing DigiTimes. The listed specs match up with those cited for the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Ultra tablet, which was leaked in mid-December. The report claims that the tablet is about to enter mass production at Pegatron Technology, a company that has previously handled iPad and Surface Pro development. It is claimed that Sony's super-sized tablet will be priced at around $1,000 when it arrives on the market in 2015.
