Genocide centenary commemoration events discussed in KarabakhFebruary 16, 2015 - 16:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic leader Bako Sahakyan met with the chief of Armenian President's staff, coordinator of events dedicated to the Genocide centennial commemoration Vigen Sargsyan on Monday, Feb 16. The meeting was followed by one of a larger format with the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghulyan, prime-minister Araik Harutyunyan and other high ranking officials attending. Issues related to preparation for events devoted to the Genocide centennial commemoration in Artsakh were discussed during the meetings. The heads of concerned bodies shared relevant information on the planned projects and the activities carried out for their implementation. President Sahakyan once again emphasized the importace of proper organisation of the events, further giving a set of instructions on the issue , the Central Information Department at Artsakh's President Office reports.
