LinkedIn revamps Sponsored InMail productMarch 10, 2015 - 22:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - LinkedIn wants to help marketers make their emails more effective. The company announced Tuesday, March 10, it’s revamping its Sponsored InMail product with new, more targeted solutions, The Next Web reports. LinkedIn says only about 20 percent of prospects actually open marketer emails. To increase this content’s visibility, Sponsored InMail will now only be sent to members when they’re actually signed on to and using the network. Other changes includes mobile-optimized templates and advanced targeting parameters such as company size, industry, job function and seniority. LinkedIn claims many of the organizations on its pilot program are already seeing a two to three times performance improvement.
