The tablet's own product page on the Google Store now simply states that the tablet is "no longer available for purchase". Although Google has decided to pull the device, customers will still be able to find remaining stock from third-party retailers such as Amazon. The Asus-made Nexus 7 tablet may be on the older side, having first launched in July 2013, but it had the advantage of receiving the latest Android updates quite quickly.
