Users can now play Doom on TwitterMay 1, 2015 - 14:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - You no longer have to leave Twitter to get your retro gaming fix as titles from Archive.org's library of classics can now be embedded and played within tweets. Now you can play the likes of Street Fighter 2, Doom, Prince of Persia and Maniac Mansion for free without logging out of the social network, Digital Spy reports. Archive.org added more than 2,400 PC classics to its website at the beginning of the year, but Twitter's new cards platform makes it possible to run them in-tweet. To embed a game into a tweet, open the sharing options on the page for the title of your choice and copy the embed link into a Twitter post. Archive.org is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, games and more.
