VivaCell-MTS suffers outage, fixes disruptionMay 4, 2015 - 18:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has announced that the outage the company suffered on Saturday, May 2, evening was fixed by 02:00 AM on Sunday. Part of VivaCell-MTS’ subscribers experienced intermittent disruptions connected to data transfer because of the outage. The problem was detected in one of the network subsystems responsible for data transfer. Throughout this period, voice services were functioning normally, whole the Call Center of the company handled considerably higher than average call number. VivaCell-MTS’ rapid response team was working continuously during the whole period to identify the root cause of the incident, and fully resolved the disruption.
