OSCE MG: No Military Settlement for Karabakh Conflict
There is no military settlement for the Karabakh conflict, OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs said at a press conference in Yerevan. "The Azerbaijani President can say what he wishes. We are not going to comment on his statements," U.S. mediator Matthew Bryza said. In his words, it's impossible to reveal the details of the talks, since they are strongly confidential. "You can believe us, these are good principles. We are building the foundation for the settlement," French Co-chair Bernard Fassier said for his part. He also emphasized that the principles underwent no changes during recent two years.

"Do not ask us about the details, since they are not meant for public discussion," said Yuri Merzlyakov. At that the mediators remarked that the peoples are not ready to neighbor. "Although the settlement plan was approved in Washington, Paris and Moscow, it's hard to speak of real settlement until the sides are ready for peaceful co-existence," Mr Fassier said.
