Putin Advises Not to Use Language of Provocation and Blackmail for Talk with Russia
Russia doesn't advise to use the language of provocation and blackmail when talking to it, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with State Duma faction leaders. The Russian President thanked the MPs for supporting the measures targeted at protection of rights, dignity and life of Russian citizens abroad. Putin clarified that his words refer to Georgia, reports Mayak. The Russian leader also underscored that Russian economy remains open and transparent and remarked that the migration legislation permits foreigners to work and launch business in Russia.
