OSCE Mission to monitor Artsakh-Azeri contact lineJuly 21, 2015 - 14:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In accordance with the agreement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic, the OSCE Mission will conduct Wednesday, July 22, planned monitoring of the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces in the eastern direction of the Talish village of the NKR Martakert area. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria) and Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic), the press office of the NKR Foreign Ministry said.
