Today the National Assembly of the NKR adopted the draft Constitution in the first hearing. The draft will be presented for a public discourse. Specifically, it will be made public in the Azat Artsakh republican newspaper with an edition of over 7 thousand examples. Notes and proposals during the discussion will be presented for consideration by the MPs, for which another plenary session will be convened, reports De-Facto.
