Acclaimed novelist Anne Rice's The Young Messiah explores the return of Jesus Christ to Nazareth from Egypt at the age of 7. Discovering the nature of his miracle birth, Christ (Adam Greaves-Neal) begins to consider his role in the future of humanity. The Stoning of Soraya M's Cyrus Nowrasteh is at the helm of this biblical drama produced by Harry Potter's Chris Columbus. Nowrasteh shot the film on location in Italy, both in the southern city of Matera and at the famed Cinecittà studios in Rome. The Young Messiah premieres on March 11, 2016 in the US.
