New Facebook bug shows how unpopular you areOctober 16, 2015 - 14:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A new Facebook bug has been spotted, with the glitch letting you see just how little people care about that latest photo of your cat you posted, Digital Spy said. The bug, which has been reported by a number of users and only affects the mobile version of the service – not desktop or app – lets you see exactly how many people have seen your Facebook posts. The 'Views' count, usually restricted to Facebook's internal use, has popped up in a similar fashion to the play counts that accompany videos posted to the site. This isn't a private thing either. With the bug affecting both individual users and pages, people have been able to compare their personal stats with those of others – cue awkwardness followed by a hearty dollop of self-pity. Beyond the number of Likes and Shares a post has had, users are not usually offered any details on post visibility. It is unclear what has caused the bug to emerge, but according to The Verge, Facebook is already working on a patch to once again hide your true level of popularity.
