Report on Commonwealth Reformation Sent to CIS LeadersNovember 22, 2006 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The report on the Commonwealth reformation organized by the High Level Group (HLG) was sent to the leaders of the CIS member states, first deputy of the chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Vladimir Garkun told a news conference November 22.
