European Neighborhood Policy Important for South Caucasus

PanARMENIAN.Net - The EU actions plans with the South Caucasian states are remarkable not only for financial flows but for the possibility of regional cooperation they provide, Armenian National Assembly Vice-speaker Vahan Hovhannisian stated in Yerevan. In his words, if the South Caucasian states cannot partner they cannot integrate into European structures. "The main goal of the European Neighborhood Policy is to get the South Caucasian states interested in each other," Hovhannisian said.
