VivaCell-MTS new service center opens at Dalma Garden Mall

PanARMENIAN.Net - A new VivaCell-MTS service center opened Friday, December 18, at Dalma Garden Mall, set to operate seven days a week from 10:00 am till 10:00 pm.

The newly-opened service center allows the Company to be closer to subscribers and help them with communication services.

Now, the total number of VivaCell-MTS shops across Armenia has reached 86.

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Company’s General Manager Ralph Yirikian said: “VivaCell-MTS wants to be closer to its subscribers, ready to provide them with maximum access to our products and services at the most comfortable locations. Today, at Dalma Garden Mall, one of Yerevan’s biggest shopping centers, we open yet another service center adding to our large network of service centers. VivaCell-MTS subscribers will benefit from the operation of the newly-opened service center, where the whole range of the Company’s products and services are available: post-paid and prepaid packages, including voice and data tariff plans, tariff plans for accessing internet through 3G/4G dongles, 3G/4G Wi-Fi routers, various mobile communication devices, scratch cards of various denomination, international roaming, invoice settling, detailed bills, number selection, corporate packages, as well as receive necessary customer support from professional staff.
