Amazon nabs Rachel Weisz drama “Complete Unknown”January 20, 2016 - 11:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Amazon Studios has acquired all U.S. rights to the buzzy Sundance drama “Complete Unknown”, starring Rachel Weisz and Michael Shannon, TheWrap reveals. The company has set a streaming premiere date for the fall, an individual familiar with the deal told TheWrap, and will also seek a theatrical distribution partner later this year. Amazon had no comment. Directed by Joshua Marston, the drama follows a dinner party whose host (Shannon) encounters a mysterious guest (Weisz) whom he’s sure he’s met before. Though she denies their connection , the pair wind up journeying throughout an unnamed city over the course of an evening.
