Noel Gallagher, Manic Street Preachers to headline Victorious Fest February 8, 2016 - 14:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The much-beloved Victorious Festival is back, outdoing themselves this year with an incredible line-up that features the likes of Noel Gallagher and Manic Street Preachers, Gigwise said. Joining them at the acclaimed Portsmouth bash will be Mark Ronson, Will Young, The Coral, The Levellers, Echo and the Bunnymen, Ash, Jack Savoretti, The Selecter, Space the Band and mmy The Great.
