CANADIAN AUTHORITIES INTEND TO ACTIVATE PARTICIPATION IN PROCESSES OF SOUTH CAUCASIAN REGION
Canadian authorities intend to activate their participation in regional processes of the South Caucasus. Canadian state secretary for East European and Central Asian affairs Har Natson, who is in Yerevan on a regional visit, stated it at the meeting with Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian. In the course of the visit the parties discussed questions concerning Armenian-Canadian relations, regional programs, Armenia's relations with neighboring countries, as well as interaction within various international structures. At the instance of the state secretary, minister Oskanian also concerned the developments in peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
