Guns N' Roses touring member slams reunion as ‘money grab’February 27, 2016 - 15:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Guns N' Roses touring member, Chris Pitman, has dismissed the band's forthcoming reunion tour as a "money grab", Gigwise said. After reports that Slash and Duff McKagan had been offered millions to reunite with Axl Rose, the 'Paradise City' and 'Welcome To The Jungle' stars were then confirmed to headline Coahceilla alongside LCD Soundsystem and Calvin Harris, before announcing two massive shows at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena - with more dates throughout the world expected to be revealed shortly. It doesn't look like Chris Pitman will be involved though. The multi-instrumentalist joined Guns N' Roses in 1998, performing keyboard, bass, percussion and backing vocals. He featured on every song on the band's sixth album, Chinese Democracy, and is one of the longest serving members of the new line-up. In a social media post that's since been deleted, Pitman wrote, "This is a nostalgia tour, please don't mention those who are there the last 20 years oh god no! ...(a money grab)."
