The next round of talks on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict started in Moscow with the participation of Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mamedyarov. Armenian Ambassador to Moscow Armen Smbatyan told, "We expect positive steps from this meeting, since today's realities demand new approaches." In its part the Azeri MFA has informed that "the sides will discuss basic principles of peacekeeping process," stressing that this is the first meeting between the two foreign ministers of both countries this year, ITAR-TASS reports.
