Representatives of the EU Troika and OSCE agreed 'on more efficient cooperation' for the settlement of regional conflicts in the South Caucasus and Transdnistria. The purpose is peaceful settlement of the conflicts what will promote democratic and economic development, says a press release posted at the website of Germany's EU Council Presidency.
