Beyonce “set to release a surprise new album”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Beyonce looks set to release a surprise new album, with a new record hopefully dropping in April ahead of her upcoming UK and world tour, Gigwise said.

The 'Single Ladies' icon surprised the world earlier this year with the unexpected release of the single and video for 'Formation' ahead of her show-stealing appearance with Coldplay at the Super Bowl and announcing a huge run of shows around the world.

Rumours had already been circulating of a new album being scheduled for the Spring, and now the eagle-eyed Shady Music Facts have noticed some curious stirrings on Bey's various music channels:

If true, this would echo the sudden release of her self-titled album in 2013 - with accompanying videos for each track.

Last month, Hits Daily Double reported that "Beyoncé is close to making a new worldwide, multi-album deal with Sony Music, and the final release under the current deal is now set for April."

They continued, "But there are rumors of another Beyoncé album in 2016, this one a joint project with husband Jay Z. Beyoncé’s star power is off the charts—her stadium tour sold out within hours after the Super Bowl promo, including two nights apiece in New York’s Citi Field and Chicago’s Soldier Field."
