He will also develop and produce the project alongside Neal Moritz. Warner Bros. first picked up the pitch in 2005 — back then, Todd Phillips was on board to direct with Jack Black and Zach Galifianakis to star. Parsons will play a schoolteacher who discovers that he has magic powers. A coven of witches takes him in, sending him to “witch school,” where he is surrounded by little witch girls.
