Artsakh recognition by int’l community most appropriate step now: FM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic would be the most appropriate step by the international community, given the current situation on the contact line,” Artsakh’s Foreign Minister said, according to RFE/RL Armenian Service.
