Pink Announced as the 1st performer for Billboard Music AwardsApril 21, 2016 - 16:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Pink will surely light up the 2016 Billboard Music Awards when she takes the stage of the event next month. The singer has officially been announced as the first performer for the annual awards-giving show and she's set to deliver the first live TV performance of her newest song, "Just Like Fire", AceShowbiz said. Pink excitedly announced the news to her fans on Twitter and Instagram. In a post shared on Wednesday, April 20, she wrote, "I'm performing Just Like Fire from Alice #ThroughTheLookingGlass at the @BBMAs! See you May 22 on ABC. #BBMAs." Co-produced by hitmakers Max Martin and Shellback, the song was released last week. Along with Pink's cover of Jefferson Airplane's 1967 hit "White Rabbit", it will be featured in "Alice Through the Looking Glass" that is scheduled to hit theaters across the nation on May 27. The 2016 BBMAs will be broadcast live on ABC from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on May 22 at 8 P.M. ET/5 P.M. PT with Ludacris and Ciara as co-hosts.
