PanARMENIAN.Net - 8 ceasefire violations were registered on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border overnight on April 22-23.

The Azerbaijani side, in particular, used various caliber firearms and sniper rifles, as well as a 60-mm mortar to open random bursts of fire towards the Armenian positions.

Showing restraint, the Armenian Armed Forces’ frontline units took retaliatory measures only in case of extreme necessity to continue controlling the situation on the border.
