Clive Owen, Jessica Biel to topline Danis Tanovic’s drama “Invisible”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Oscar-nominated actor Clive Owen and Jessica Biel are attached to star in Oscar-winning director Danis Tanovic’s upcoming drama “Invisible”, which will be financed and produced by Good Films, it was announced Friday, May 6, according to TheWrap.

Award-winning writer Tena Stivicic will pen the script, adapting her original play of the same name. Miriam Segal is producing for Good Films, which aims to start production in October in London. Good Universe is handling worldwide sales on the project and will introduce it to buyers in Cannes.

“Invisible” follows Felix (Owen) and Ann (Biel), who despite their perfect lives, find themselves wanting more. On the other side of London, Anton, Hana and Alma have each traveled from faraway lands and put their lives on the line to seek out better opportunities than their homeland can offer. As these vastly separate lives collide in interweaving stories of class, identity and belonging, “Invisible” examines the true cost that the pursuit of happiness can take.

Owen can next be seen in Luc Besson‘s big-budget action movie “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.”

In February, Tanovic won the FIPRESCI Prize and Silver Berlin Bear for his film “Death in Sarajevo” at the Berlin International Film Festival.

Good Films recently announced that Dakota Fanning is attached to star in Janusz Kaminski’s upcoming thriller “The Postcard Killings,” which Good Universe will also begin selling in Cannes.

Good Films financed and produced Brad Furman‘s “The Infiltrator,” which stars Bryan Cranston, John Leguizamo and Diane Kruger. Broad Green will release the film on July 13 in the U.S.
