Yerevan and Baku have not given agreement to hold meeting between FMs in Geneva yet
OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-Chair for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement Yuri Merzlyakov hopes that the next round of talks between Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mamedyarov will take place in Geneva. "The ministers have not informed the OSCE MG about their agreement to hold a meeting in Geneva yet," Yuri Merzlyakov told the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist.
UN Human Rights Council session will be held in Geneva March 13, where Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian will be present. It is expected that Azeri FM Elmar Mamedyarov also will be there.
