Thora Birch joins “Public Affairs” political thrillerJune 2, 2016 - 14:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Thora Birch will join Adrian Grenier in the political thriller Public Affairs, The Hollywood Reporter reveals. Public Affairs follows the story of a young campaign aide that sleeps with the wife and daughter of a presidential candidate. Mimi Rogers also stars in the feature from director Eric Bross. Stephen Israel and George Voskericyan will produce the film, which was introduced to buyers at Cannes by 13 Films. A former child actress, Birch's work includes turns in such late-1990s classics as Hocus Pocus, Now and Then and American Beauty. She is currently filming the drama The Etruscan Smile, where she will lead a cast that includes Brian Cox and Rosanna Arquette. Public Affairs is set to begin filming this month in Virginia.
