"NATO and Russia have rather good relations, we exchange information and data that helps the struggle against international terrorism," George Katsirdakis, Head of Section, Defense Policy and Planning Division of NATO stated in Yerevan. He said, An excellent example of cooperation is the fact that Russia gave an air corridor to NATO for military operation in Afghanistan. He also stressed that NATO welcomes Russia's participation in programs of the Alliance, military trainings. "Russia occupies a large place in NATO's policy and we think that this cooperation will deepen," Katsirdakis told.
