The newest Samsung Galaxy S8 feature “revealed”June 11, 2016 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It's never too early to gear up the rumour mill when it comes to smartphones, with Samsung's Galaxy S8 already receiving the treatment just a few months after the company launched its current flagship model, Digital Spy said. “But we know that tech never sleeps, with Samsung already appearing to have nailed down some specifications for the successor to the Galaxy S7,” Digital Spy said. That's according to the Korean Herald, whose sources indicate the phone will feature a 5.5-inch, ultra-high definition 4K display. While a 4K display would be potentially wasted on such a small screen, it's suggested that the display could be featured to assist virtual reality devices. "Considering various factors including the production yield rate for the next-generation display expected to improve in the coming months, the 5.5-inch AMOLED will be deployed in the next Galaxy smartphone, presumably, named the S8," a UBI Research analyst told the Korean Herald. With Sammy reportedly set to launch their flexible phones in 2017, it wouldn't be a shock to see them equip the proposed S8 with an innovative VR feature, Digital Spy said.
