Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on announcing March 28 a mourning day over the untimely death of Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, reported the RA leader's press office. Ministries, departments, region administrations and the Mayor of Yerevan were ordered to lower the RA state flags throughout Armenia and at the republic's diplomatic representations abroad.
