Borussia Dortmund to make decision on Mkhitaryan’s future “by July 4”June 27, 2016 - 13:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Borussia Dortmund will reassess Henrikh Mkhitaryan's situation at the Westfalenstadion and are set to make a decision on his future this week amid reports that the midfielder is set to undergo a medical at Manchester United, ESPN FC said. "We will assess his situation this week," CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke told kicker, adding that "assessing" means the club will also "solve it" before beginning preseason on July 4. "We not only need to discuss it with [sporting director] Michael Zorc and [coach] Thomas Tuchel, but also with the bodies," Watzke said. "It is a difficult decision." The Guardia said earlier that Jose Mourinho's Manchester United will offer four or five-year contract to Mkhitaryan, who has attracted the interest of several other clubs, including Arsenal. United are hopeful that they can agree the fee with Dortmund in the next seven days. Watzke added: "There are three perspectives with every transfer: An economical, a strategic and a sporting. If the economical side becomes overwhelming it might happen that you make a different decision in the end."
