EU ready to resume talks with Turkey
The European Union is ready to resume talks with Turkey for full membership. The talks will be resumed on Thursday and will cover business and industry. The information was confirmed by Turkish MFA Spokesman Levent Bilman. He did not rule out participation of Ali Babacan in the talks, reports RIA Novosti.

The talks with Ankara were partially frozen last December during an EU summit. The decision was taken over Turkey's unwillingness to open its air and sea ports for Cyprus.
