Disney’s "Pete's Dragon" unveils new TV spot (video)  July 4, 2016 - 15:30 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - "Pete's Dragon" has got a new TV spot. The approximately one-minute video has surfaced online via Moviefone. The latest sneak peek features new footage of the green dragon Eliott and a song titled "North" sung by the lead character Pete, played by young actor Oakes Fegley, AceShowbiz said. The lyrics include, "Go north, go north, with wings on your feet/ North with the wind, where the three rivers meet." Pete can be seen trying to adapt to normal life with the help of Bryce Dallas Howard's Grace. The video also offers glimpses of Eliott as he flies and shows his dangerous side to those who threaten him. Mr. Meacham (Robert Redford), a woodcarver, delights local children with stories of a mysterious dragon that lives deep in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. His daughter Grace believes these are just tall tales, until she meets Pete, a 10-year-old orphan who says he lives in the woods with a giant, friendly dragon. With help from a young girl named Natalie (Oona Laurence), Grace sets out to investigate if this fantastic claim can be true. The reboot of the 1977 film of the same name also stars Wes Bentley as local mill owner Jack and Karl Urban as Jack's brother. It is directed by David Lowery, who also penned the script along with Toby Halbrooks. Jim Whitaker produces the film, with Barrie Osborne serving as executive producer.
