  RA President met OSCE/ODIHR observation mission headApril 4, 2007 - 19:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with Ambassador Boris Frlec, the head of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission. The interlocutors discussed the election campaign and fundamental principles of the mission's work, the RA leader's press office reports.The OSCE/ODIHR mission arrived in Armenia to monitor the parliamentary election campaign. The first group of the long-term mission includes 29 people. 300 OSCE observers will arrive in Armenia on the eve of the election.
