Armenia Diaspora is a gigantic potential resource for the development of the Armenian economy. The World Bank chief economic Lev Freinkman expressed this opinion. In this connection he highly evaluated the World Bank program on establishment of IT-incubator that will allow strengthen the relations of Armenia with the enterprises of the whole world. Freinkman noted that at present the WB project is to promote the development of the information technologies in Armenia and this would have a positive impact of the economy of the state in general. It should be noted that 2001 December, the Armenian government and the World Bank signed a $5-million credit agreement on establishment of the incubator of the enterprises of the information technology sphere.
