ARMENIA MAY BECOME STRATEGIC CENTER OF GLOBALIZATION IN SOUTH CAUCASUS, POLISH SENATE HEAD CONSIDERS
Armenia may become a strategic center of globalization in the South Caucasian region. Chairman of the Polish Senate Longin Pastushyak stated it addressing the audience at American University of Armenia in Yerevan. In his words, globalization is an inevitable process, which does not endanger the cultural and ethnic distinctiveness of a people, "especially such a strong one like the Armenian." "None of the countries can exist isolated, and the relations between the countries should rest exclusively on cooperation," - the Polish parliament head emphasized.
