RA MFA: Anyway U.S. State Department acknowledged its mistake
"From the very beginning the approach to the changes in U.S. State Department's report was not serious. Never mind, they will change it one more time. The main thing is that by the first amendment and statements the United States acknowledged its mistake," RA MFA Acting Press Officer Vladimir Karapetyan stated commenting on the second correction in U.S. State Department's 2006 report on Human Rights, the RA MFA Press Office reports.
Last week by Armenia's demand "occupied Nagorno Karabakh" formulation was removed from the text of the U.S. State Department's 2006 report on Human Rights. However on April 24 the text was restored in its original form. Currently it reads as follows, "occupied by Armenia territories of Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh".
