First look at Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in new “Jumanji” movieSeptember 2, 2016 - 12:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As Sony's new "Jumanji" movie kicks off production this month in Honolulu, the first official concept art featuring the lead actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has surfaced online. The Rock took to Instagram on Thursday, September 1 to share the artwork offering a first look at his character "The Smoldering" Dr. Bravestone in the continuation of the 1995 original pic, AceShowbiz reports. "Concept art of my #JUMANJI character. 'The Smoldering' Dr. Bravestone," he captioned the image. The former wrestler enthusiastically continued, "This is gonna be fun. Me, @kevinhart4real, Jack Black, @NickJonas and the Ginger Assassin @karengillanofficial can't wait to 'play the game that plays you,' " mentioning his co-stars which include Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Nick Jonas and Karen Gillan. The new "Jumanji" film will be directed by "Bad Teacher" helmer Jake Kasdan from a script provided by Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers pen the original draft based on Chris Van Allsburg's Caldecott Medal-winning adventure book. Matt Tolmach and William Teitler serve as producers. Kasdan also executive produces the upcoming film along with Van Allsburg, Johnson, David Householter, Ted Field, Mike Weber and Dany Garcia.
