Karabakh soldier killed in Azerbaijan’s cross-border fire

PanARMENIAN.Net - A Nagorno Karabakh soldier, Arayik Ordubekyan (b. 1997) was killed in Azerbaijan’s ceasefire violations overnight on September 2-3, at around 11:30 pm.

An investigation into the details of the incident is underway.

Besides, 30 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Karabakh in the reporting period.

Azeri troops, in particular, used various caliber firearms to fire over 600 shots towards the Armenian positions.

Karabakh Defense Army declared that the Azerbaijani side will bear the whole responsibility for its attacks and their consequences.

70 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh overnight on September 1-2. Azeri troops used various caliber firearms to fire over 840 shots.
