Greco-Roman wrestler Aleksanyan received a 300 square meter apartment in downtown Yerevan. According to Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper, Arutyunyan received the same gift during a special ceremony at the Opera and Ballet Theatre. Silver medalist Gor Minasyan reportedly received AMD 30 million and an apartment in Gyumri, a city in Armenia’s north, while another silver medalist, Simon Martirosyan, received AMD 30 million.
