Milla Jovovich takes on monsters in “Resident Evil: Final Chapter” trailer

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first full trailer for "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" has been released, AceShowbiz said. Premiered at the Friday, October 7 panel of Screen Gems at NYCC, the action-packed trailer includes the fighting sequences between Milla Jovovich's Alice and several dragon-like monsters.

The newly-released video opens with Alice saying, "I can't remember much before all of these started. Sometimes I feel like this has been my whole life." One scene shows Iain Glen's Dr. Alexander Isaacs who tells his colleagues, "Our world is coming to an end. The question is, 'Would we end with it?' "

The next minutes of the trailer show Alice and a group of survivors trying to destroy the T-virus as well as plenty of explosion scenes. The Umbrella Corporation doesn't seem too happy with the group's ambush and decides to destroy them. Issacs tells Alice, "We played a long day, you and I. But now it's over."

Written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, the sixth installment of the "Resident Evil" movie series will hit U.S. theaters on January 27, 2017. Ali Larter and Shawn Roberts return as Claire Redfield and Albert Wesker respectively. They are joined by Eoin Macken, Rola, Fraser James, William Levy and Ruby Rose in the upcoming movie.

Alice is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead. Now back in the Raccoon City where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike, she goes on her most difficult adventure fighting to save humanity, which is on the brink of oblivion.
