Seyran Ohanyan will be a good chief of RA armed forces general staff, Defense Minister says
"The head of the RA armed forces general staff, lieutenant general Seyran Ohanyan is not a novic at the army. I am convinced he will be a good leader," Armenian Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan told reporters.
"General Ohanyan should have some time to get his bearings. After that his activities can be assessed," he said.
