The meeting of students with VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian was organized on the initiative of the French University in Armenia, in the frames of the “Individual and Professional Project” course. The new course is aimed at providing necessary skills and competence to students to ensure their smooth transition to the job market after graduation. On the request of the students, Yirikian detailed the activities, structure, mission, and values of VivaCell-MTS. He also briefed them on the procedures of applying for internship or job positions and the required skills and qualifications. “Even the smartest and most talented students need support and guidance for reaching their full potential. The road to professional development and growth is full of obstacles, which can be avoided, if one follows the advice of experienced specialists, who have already endured such hardships. VivaCell-MTS is willing to support the students by sharing the experience gained in the course of 10 years, as well as giving an opportunity to acquire necessary skills and practical knowledge during the internship, which will help them gain competitive advantage in the job market,” said Yirikian.
