The official discussed the issue with Armenian human rights defender Arman Tatoyan who had previously applied to global human rights organizations to draw attention to the matter. At the meeting, the two discussed problems that Syrian refugees face after reaching Armenia, namely the matter of providing them with living conditions, the Ombudsman's office said.
