VivaCell-MTS brings Barekamutyun ensemble, Orran NGO togetherNovember 30, 2016 - 18:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has come to serve as a "bridge" between Barekamutyun State Dance Troupe and Orran benevolent non-governmental organization, whose mission is to fight poverty and begging among children in Armenia. The ensemble organized free classes for the children of Orran. Within a short period, the teachers staged Kochary - a traditional Armenian dance - with 24 children aged between 9 and 14, passing on to them the spirit of Armenian folk dances. The kids were later invited to the concert of Barekamutyun to enjoy the dance performed by their teachers. The initiators of the project are convinced that dance classes, in addition to being a pleasant pastime for children, can also help them choose a future profession. Highly appreciating the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of VivaCell-MTS, Barekamutyun is thus following the lead of its partner. Last year, the State Dance Troupe participated as a volunteer in the housing project implemented by VivaCell-MTS and Fuller Center for Housing Armenia in Ddmashen community of Gegharkunik province.
