Daniel Webber shares first look at Marvel's “The Punisher”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Daniel Webber has shared a first look at the assembled cast of Marvel's "The Punisher". The actor posted the photo on Instagram and wrote, "Welcome to team Punisher. #thepunisher #jonberthal #marvel #netflix #2017 #frankcastle", AceShowbiz said.

Pictured from left to right are Jason R. Moore who plays Curtis Hoyle, Michael Nathanson who stars as Sam Stein, Webber who portrays Lewis Walcot, Amber Rose Revah who stars as Dinah Madani, Ebon Moss-Bachrach who plays Micro, Jaime Ray Newman who stars as Micro's wife, Jon Bernthal who takes the role as Frank Castle, Deborah Ann Woll who portrays Karen Page, and Ben Barnes who stars as Billy Russo.

Following his debut on "Daredevil" season 2, Bernthal is reprising his role as Frank Castle or best known as The Punisher on the new spin-off. In an interview back in June, the actor said that he would portray Castle who will be reeling from the loss of his family. He's driven by rage and is on a singular mission to find these people who took his family from him and do it as brutally as possible.

The series is executive produced by Jim Chory ("Marvel's Agent Carter", "Marvel's Jessica Jones", "Luke Cage") and Jeph Loeb ("Lost", "Teen Wolf"), while Steve Lightfoot ("Hannibal") serves as showrunner.

"The Punisher" began filming in October and is scheduled to be released in 2017 on Netflix.
